Pancasila, harus bagaimana?

Hari ini, 1 Juni 2011, penulis sedang mengikuti Kongres Pancasila ke 3 di Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya.  Kongres dibuka kemarin oleh wakil ketua MPR, Lukman Hakim Saifuddin.  Mengapa MPR? Karena sejak awal rencana, kongres ini disokong sepenuhnya oleh ketua MPR dan dioperasionalkan oleh perguruan tinggi khususnya UGM dan UNAIR.  Penulis hadir di acara ini karena harus presentasi call for paper yang terkirim sebelumnya (terlampir 1, 2).  Penulis memperoleh banyak hal dalam kongres ini, yang baru kali ini bisa aktif.  Kongres pertama di Yogya, dan kedua di Denpasar, terlewat begitu saja.

Pancasila: review the thought of Muhammad Yamin

Reopening the chronology regarding the birth of Pancasila, there were three original ideas to think about, which developed by the founding fathers of Indonesia. They are Muhammad Yamin, Prof. Supomo and Ir. Sukarno. The results of their thinking have been become as the ideal and constitutional basis of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. This paper only describes an original idea of Muhammad Yamin, adopted from Wetik (2010). Insya Allah, the author will present a description of other founding fathers thought in the separate paper.
